GEROM service team assist customers with items such as repairs, advise on maintenance schedules and details. They have direct contact with the factory engineering. Our service team is quite rapid, so just call us and we’ll be there immediately.

Our products were designed to work in the harsh underground environment. GEROM engineers are actively involved in each product’s and part’s design. They work continuously to improve and to give the necessary strength to all the parts from the smallest to the biggest.
