Metallization & Metal Plating

GEROM provides corrosion protection of metal surfaces by electrochemical method, as well as arc spray metallization services.

Electrochemical coating (galvanization) is a layer deposition process of an adherent layer of metal for decorative, protective or functional improvement in corrosion resistance purposes. Galvanized coatings used: zinc coating, hard chroming, decorative chroming, nickel coating.

The Arc Spray Metallization is unique in ins ability to put on exceptional quality metalic coatings at very high or low deposition rates, thre result being an adherent covering with high density.

Application includes protection against corrosion of metal surfaces, reconditioning of worn parts, hardening surfaces, decorative coatings, customization, and so on.
